When I come home to Gary, Indiana, it's almost second nature to tune in to 107.5 WGCI or Power 92.3. And though I may have mentioned tunes from those two stations, there's another that I might have overlooked: Windy 100.
Yes, 100.3 FM - that station that plays in your dentist's office, or perhaps, you heard it while perusing the aisles of Big Lots.
There was a song on today - it was one that on a particularly heartbreaky day, my best friend recommended I listen to. "Just play 'I Can't Make You Love Me' and cry," she said. (Hahaha!) I didn't take her advice then, but tonight, when the old crew and I heard it playing, we couldn't help but to howl at the moon on this one.
Bonnie Raitt is the truth, y'all. LOL. I swear.
